Before & After School Care

Pukeko OSCAR Programme is run from the Pakuranga Heights school hall and playing fields.

We offer safe and fun supervised care for your children from 7:30 am to 8:30 am, and after school care from 3 pm to 6 pm.

Each day’s programme will include:

• A different organised main outdoor or indoor activity each day!
• Time for free play
• After school snacks

Activities include arts and crafts, baking and making yummy foods, board games, and lots of outdoor activities!

Work and Income New Zealand OSCAR Subsidies

We are fully MSD registered and WINZ approved. WINZ offers subsidies to parents and caregivers to help with child care fees, depending on your income and family situation.  For more information just come into Pukeko  OSCAR Programme and speak with our coordinator, or have a look at the Work and Income NZ website.

OSCAR Child Pick up Policy

In the interest of safety and security the only people who can pick up your child from Pukeko OSCAR Programmes are people whose details have been included in the child’s enrolment form. If there is an emergency or a change you must contact us before the child is picked up to ensure that teachers are notified of the change.

If there is a person who is specifically not authorised to pick up your child, you will need to notify this to Pukeko OSCAR Programmes in writing or on the enrolment form.

If any changes regarding the people who can and cannot pick up your child occur please contact us as soon as possible.
